The company has its own staff of designers who create models both manually or using the newest 3D printer made in USA. To date, this model is the most productive in the world. The printer allows to create 96 models in good quality simultaneously in just 10 hours. As a result, the period from sketching to releasing the finished product was halved. This approach has several advantages: speed of the process, reduction of metal losses, ideal quality of geometry, unattainable with manual manufacturing of products. High quality of sometimes completely unique products is provided by advanced casting equipment purchased by the factory including, in particular, the newest Japanese induction plants which allow smelting in the atmosphere of inert argon and helium gases. When using helium, it is possible to achieve the lowest possible pressures and the highest purity of the gaseous atmosphere, which leads to the improvement of casting quality.
